Notice to Village Residents
Village Zoning Law requires anyone that plans to construct or to otherwise change the contour or size of any building, home or other structure; move in any structure, pour new concrete or put up a fence, must obtain an application for a zoning permit. The applications are available at the Village office or at the Boone County Zoning office at the courthouse in Albion.
